Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Blinkory AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your website. If for any reason you are not happy with the result, we offer a fair refund process that takes into account the AI computing resources and server time already consumed on your behalf. This policy sets out the conditions, process, and limitations of our refunds and cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the date your website was first created and delivered to you.
  • You are dissatisfied with the generated website and no longer wish to proceed with our service.

Requests submitted after 7 days of website creation will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.

3. How Refunds Are Calculated

Blinkory AI uses AI computing credits and cloud server infrastructure to build and host your website. Because these costs are incurred the moment your project begins, refunds are calculated as follows:

  • We assess the total AI credits consumed during website generation and any changes made.
  • We calculate the server time used from the date your website was deployed up to the date of your refund request.
  • The cost of these consumed resources is deducted from your original payment.
  • The remaining balance is refunded to you within 30 business days of your request being approved.

We will share a transparent breakdown of the deductions with you before processing the refund.

4. Add-on AI Changes (₹500 Pack)

If you have purchased an add-on pack of AI changes (₹500 for 10 changes) and submit a refund request, you will receive a refund for all unused AI change credits from that pack. The cost of any changes that have already been applied to your website will be deducted before the refund is issued.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom domain purchases — Domain registrations are processed through third-party registrars and cannot be reversed or refunded once registered.
  • Annual hosting renewals (₹400/yr) — Hosting renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal period has commenced.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Blinkory service at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active and hosted until the end of your current paid server period. Once the period expires, your website and associated data will be taken offline. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the request falls within the eligibility window described in Section 2.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team within the eligibility window:

Please include your registered contact details, the date of website creation, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a breakdown of the refund calculation.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 30 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Changes to This Policy

Blinkory AI reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
